How can a guest leave a review without writing a review?

How can a guest leave a review without writing a review?

Twice I have received these empty quotation marks without any associated star ratings. I think these "ghost" reviews have no place. How is it done and why is it done? Anybody?

@Robbi1 probably because the guest is fed up of the reminder emails and just inputs nothing to make them go away.

I would not host them again

@Mike-And-Helen0  It seems to me that the platform requires one to complete the review, comments and star ratings. The guests left today. I got an email stating they had left a review. I just don't see how this can happen.
