How long does it take for Airbnb customer service to reply to messages

I tried calling Airbnb customer support and the automated message says they are only taking calls about reservation with the next 72 hours, then it hangs up.  I tried sending them a message and and no response yet.  I messaged them about another issue in July and it them 7 days to respond to my message and then they said they were forwarding it to someone else. I can't wait 7 days again for some one to respond.  How can I get help right away? How can I talk to a live agent?

@Kevin1877 Have you tried the Superhost number? 647-945-9627. Not sure if it will be better, but worth a try. Customer service isn't good right now due to all the layoffs at Airbnb.

@Kevin1877  You could try messaging them on their Twitter or Facebook accounts. Customer service is terrible for everyone at this time.
