How to claim for damages?

Hi I had guest that day and he damaged our coffee table. I found a guy to fix it and he sent me an invoice. I sent the pictures and the invoice to airbnb but they asked for his business card or my txt messages to him. I couldn't find this guy and at last he said there is no business card. Do you have any idea what can I do to get paid for this damage? 

P.S They stayed 3 nights for $180  and I paid $100 for damages.

@Kia349 Even if 'this guy' doesn't have a business card he does presumably have a website or a company number you could forward to Airbnb.
