How to get a former guests address from Airbnb so I can submit a lawsuit

A month ago I had a guest throw an unauthorized party and do a lot of damage.  Airbnb did pay out some of the damage but there were lots of exceptions and I think any small claims court would award me a few $1000 more.  I'm retire and wealthy I mostly want to make a statement that I'll protect my property from frauduelent renters.   The challenge is Airbnb won't give me the guests address - sort a requirement for serving court document.   In pushing hard against Air BnB and I'll use media contents and sue Airbnb (in Canada) if needed.  Anyone have tips for getting addresses of guests from Airbnb?

@Jon2567: If you have the guests full name and city are you able to do a search via pay sites like Pipl or Intelius for the address?

@Jon2567 @Abb will not share any guest info. (& the name & city listed in their profile does not have to have any basis in reality even if the profile says Verified!) 

This is why I get guest ID before arrival.

@Jon2567 Did you file a police report? The police would have better luck obtaining the guest info from Airbnb.

@Jon2567  The Airbnb Guarantee is not insurance and as you say has many exceptions, that's why as hosts we should always have our own home insurance for STRs to cover the many areas Airbnb's guarantee doesn't.

Unfortunately if you didn't collect your guests details, then you will need to see if you can track them down online. I am not sure if your small claims court will allow you to make a claim if you have already had one settled by Airbnb but you can check.

If you don't already have specialist home insurance I would say this is an essential.
