How to get started as a Co-Host
Hello!
Is there a way to offer Co-hosting services if you don't personally know anyone hosting in your area? I am interested in co-hosting (San Jose area), but I still don't know the best way to get started . I've search around on the topic quite a bit and haven't found a straight answer. I would appreciate anyone who could help!

@Casey193 A very interesting and timely question 🙂
Had you asked it just a year or two ago the answer would have been easy (in fact, back then you probably wouldn't have had to ask it) as airbnb supported individual co-hosts- and even created a marketplace for it on the platform.
Slowly over time airbnb have favoured their "professional partners" for co-hosting so have gradually taken away the capability of the small time co-host.
So if you're looking to co-host these days, you can find hosts on the community centre if they post, on facebook groups and so on.
It's really tragic that airbnb don't support small-time co-hosts anymore- but that seems to be the way it is, feel free to private message me if you'd like to.
Paul 🙂
