I am new host how long wait before get reply to my email for new booking

Hi everyone. I am new here as hosting 3 days ago I received an email form gent living 140 km from my house and he required to stay for one month. I answered his email via Airbnb that you are welcome your room is ready as described  but tell now I didn't get and feed back fromhim  what shall I do? Kindly advise

@Suleiman1 if it was a booking inquiry then some guests send multiple inquiries - you may never get a booking
