OMG what a sham. Time wasters, I am owed money, have had to change my bank details 3 times so far. Same bank, same details but seems to be to complicated for the so called organisation.
I am good, I am very good but even I cannot know if there is a problem, any problem if I am not made aware of it. This provider has a duty of care that they blatantly ignore. When you sign up they should include a crystal ball. This could be used for communication, questions or queries. We would at least stand a better chance of assistance.
FYI they insist on full account name, as on your bank statement. There is a limit however of 20 characters, guess who's account name is more than 20 characters, yep, mine. This is seemingly harder than the questions of The Chase and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire. Their system cannot cope with this!
Oh please let this be over soon so I can continue with a more professional organisation. No wonder Airbnb are reporting a loss this year!
