Hi , I wonder if someone could help please?
I'm pretty experienced AirBnb host, but this has me stumped...
I have strict cancellation policy. On 25th May, my guest booked for 6 nights in june (june 20-26)
On 30th May, they cancelled. AirBnB then said my payout would be £83.87 , which was about right , since its about 50%
So today (21st june) I was expecting this, but only got £33.87
It said:
"Type: Resolution Adjustment -£50.00 "
And therefore my payout was £50 pounds less than it should have been
No explanation, there was nothing in the messaging between me and the guest to suggest this . It was just polite conversations , where eventually she informed me she wouldn't be coming due to a family issue.
I really don't appreciate the money being withheld for no given reason
It would be appreciated if anyone has thoughts or advice
Regards
