I need guidelines of best practices for long term hosting( a month).

What I am supposed to do regarding cleaning, changing beddings and towels. What they suppose to do? Thanks for the advise or to guide me to the information I need.

@Patricia3380 There is no fixed requirement here. If you accept long term stays (over a week) then it makes sense to state in your listing what you will do. We haven't done this but typically offer a linen change weekly (and perhaps a light clean). Others, if they only offer long term stays may leave everything to the guest.

Oh, I though there were something and I just was missing it. What about coffee, snacks, that I will offer normally? What do you do?

@Patricia3380,

I don't provide cleaning during a long-term stay, but do stock the apartment with all of the necessary cleaning supplies.  I provide fours sets of towels and one set of bed linens per bed, because there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.  I also provide enough coffee, tea, seasoning, sugar, and cooking oil that should last for a couple of weeks.
