I would like to know the process for transfert my account at the new owner with the reservation .

@Michel124  Airbnb listings are not transferrable. You sold a house, not a business. It would have been prudent to research this before the sale, if you gave the buyer the understanding that the listing would be transferred.

You could let the new owner copy your listing description and give them your photos, if you wished, but all ratings and reviews remain with the original host's profile, and any guests with future reservations must be contacted and advised of the ownership change and given the option to cancel or have Airbnb assist with moving their reservation to the new listing.
