I was given 5 stars from my last guest. Airbnb posted it as 4

My last guest gave five stars on all six selections.  How does that end up being four stars?

The 'overall' score is awarded independently from the six categories score.

@Colleen426 I feel your pain! Some guests just “don’t get it”! Or award 4* because they never give 5* 🙄

Happened to me once (at least!) and when I asked the guest why, he told me he wanted to nuance his straight 5s in all other categories.

Sorry for the late reply........I contacted the guest that gave 4 in the overall.  She told her husband to do the review because it was him staying alone in the suite.  HUGE mistake pushing the four and they're so sorry.  Airbnb couldn't care less.  They don't have informed answers to very many questions.  And way to apologizing for things they can't fix or don't know anything about.  Which is about most things.
