Hi,
I have a guest that Airbnb is asking for his ID picture to make a reservation, he is not comfortable to do this , can you let him make the reservation without sending his ID picture?
Do your booking settings require the government ID verification?
But more importantly...do you really want a guest who is uncomfortable supplying a government ID? Major red flag in my book.
I agree with @Ben-and-Sam0 . It is better to host guests that are comfortable with the requirements rather than placate the uncomfortable guest.
Why do you want a guest that doesn't want to be identified? If there are any damages or other issues there is no way to charge someone that doesn't exist. It sounds super sketchy to me.
