Identity verification

Hey!

please,  can anybody help???

I have problems with my identity verification. I scanned my identity card and uploaded ist, I did a picture with my mobile phone also with my webcam...but I always get the massage that it does not work, because the picture of the identity card is not sharp enough. 

I tried it with my driver´s license, but the same...I contacted the Airbnb Help-Center by chat, but they can´t help just told me try it with Google Chrome...I did so... without succsess. I´m desperate - what can I do now?
