I just accepted a booking, and upon further (more careful) reading, the guests want to cancel because they worry it won't be a good fit for their pet.
I have never had to accept a cancellation before. Will it count against me?
Will they need to pay a fee?
Oh, dear. I believe I have the Strict Cancellation Policy turned on, and because this booking was going to be in 6 days, and not 14 days out, I think they will not get their money back.
What would you do?
Is there a way for me to change the cancellation policy if they have already booked?
I am offering ways to make sure their pet will be OK (like not meeting us in person, or our pets in person).
