If a guests cancel after the first night, can they still leave a review?

If a guests cancel after the first night, can they still leave a review?

If a guest wants to cancel after the first night but within 24 hours of checking in, can they still leave a review?  The guests are unhappy because they said that workers across the street woke them up in the morning.

Do you happen to have a link about this? How do you know they can leave a review? I just had a situation where a guest left after 2 weeks and I still cannot review them, so I am assuming they cannot review me.

 

I would love a link that says they CAN review the host after THEY cancel and get a refund.
