Illegal room rental

Cnf rented out a room she is not authorized to. She is sub renting out rooms at Hotels and the don’t allow. Flamingo has made it very clear to me they don’t not do that. And they do not use Air BnB! I want my refund!

You need to contact Airbnb customer service to report this, and request a cancellation and refund.  This site is a place where hosts and guests share their Airbnb experiences, but we are not employees and cannot make changes to your reservation.
