Something's changed with Airbnb Help Centre - there seems to be no way to access Airbnb Support. It's like having a conversation with someone who's covering their eyes and ears - see nothing, hear nothing, know nothing (other than taking bookings and $).
We're trying to lodge an extenuating circumstances claim as we've lost power supply to our home and have had to cancel guest booking.
Thanks so much for replying. It's a good suggestion and what we've always done, but clicking on 'contact us' now takes us to blank page (ie goes nowhere). Does it still work for you?
