Inexperienced agents? - Airbnb Community

Inexperienced agents?

Hello has anyone come across inexperienced agents attempting to retrospectively apply the Covid extenuating policy (published 14th March) to cases that were cancelled prior to the 14th March? Ie apply a policy that hadn’t even been written when the guests cancelled!!

Its a constant battle - how did these guys get their job?

FAO AIRBNB - Can you please put me in touch with a manager to sort this.
