Instant booking air BnB T&C update turns it on

I have naturally always kept my instant booking turned off for my old hosting flat which I hardly host in anymore. 
All of a sudden Air BnB updates some random T&C and then toggle instant book to turned on and then I get a booking despite not being able to host anybody. Forcing me to pay a cancellation fee which is completley Air BnB fault since I would never ever turn this on myself manually 
I haven't even logged into the site following my late 2019 dispute with Air BnB

I'm really sorry to hear this happened! Did you get a chance to contact the Support teams so they could look into it for you, and maybe find a satisfactory solution?

I did try to contact them but did not get a reply or a resolving of my issue

I got an email saying that there is a response apolising for that the response has. been delayed in Swedish but when clicking to it, it just redirects to the homepage...
