Introduction ~ Galiano Island & A Foodie Paradise

Hi, I have just joined and I am originally from London, England and have been a super Host for the last nine years on Galiano Island where we moved to raise a family in 1989. Our property is also organic farm 🚜 where we have grown a variety of high volume organic vegetables for the last 30+ years, among them is my favourite Sweet Genovese Basil. We grow annually 3,000 plants and enjoy bring 20-30 bunches of fresh basil each week to our local Galiano Saturday Market. Each summer I am delighted to add the our Island's excitement by Geraldine the beginning of Pesto Season and invite our residents to stock up on their favourite ingredients. I also love being the principal wild seafood purveyer here which contributes to Galiano Island, together with the popular restaurants here, becoming a Foodie Paradise to visit. Happy to learn if there are more equally enthusiastic foodie Hosts out there...........( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
