Is he entitled to a refund for throwing unauthorized party and being told to leave a day early?

There is a no party rule for our property.  I don't want to call him a guest because he acted otherwise.  Immediately upon arrival, cranked up loud music and was called to turn it down.  He apologized and turned it down but not soon after it was cranked up all the way again and had to be called again.  Later outdoor camera footage reveals loud music outside and his guests gathering outside and urinating in the driveway.  He reserved two nights, stayed the one night and was told to leave the following morning after being informed by neighbors and reviewing camera footage to discover the ongoing party.

Now he wants a refund for the the second night.

@Tina6782 You made the right decision in removing the guest from your property, although it would have been even better to monitor the situation before it escalated to a pee party.

Generally Airbnb expects you to call them when the situation comes up that you have to evict a guest. In some circumstances you'll have to forfeit the rent for unused nights, but in this situation I think you should let the Airbnb rep close the case rather than deal with the guest directly.
