I am a soon-to-be homeowner in Haywards Heath and I would like to know how to find out whether my area is worth investing my time and money on an Airbnb setup, or whether it is better to rent out my property.

@Abel4396 Probably best just to long term rent if you are unable to use Airbnb.com's search feature to find similar properties in your area and see how they are doing.
