Issue - guests are not seeing my entire guidebook

I called Airbnb customer support over three months ago to let them know that my guests are not seeing my entire guidebook. They took all the information and said that someone in the IT department will be working on it. I called again a few weeks later and I got the same answer. Then I called again a few weeks later and I also got the same answer. It is so frustrating because I have a bunch of information on my guidebook that I would like my guests to have access to and enjoy.

I'm sorry to hear about that, but thanks for bringing it to our attention.

 

Hopefully if there are other Hosts going through the same problem, they will see your topic and share their experience. This way it might be easier to tackle the issue.

 

In the meantime, I'll let the Support team know you're still having the same issue.
