But IMO the listing needs some tuning, there is hardly any description about the boat, the sleeping arrangements are not clear, the amenities are very limited etc..

Is there a "crew" on board ?

Are you sure you want to offer also 1 night stays ?

Seems to me a risk for parties.

There is also not a "no parties" and/or "no smoking" (no smoke alarms...) policy being set.
