During my recent stay, the Airbnb had serious hygiene issues with body hair and other dirts on beds. The host was not only aggressive and rude when we approached him, he also ended up kicking us out in the middle of the night after we questioned about the cleaning fee charged. We were yelled at, treated aggressively, kicked out in the middle of our first night stay in our 3 nights booking. After all this we are denied a refund. Airbnb support team hasn’t been very helpful, and I’m wondering if anyone has similar experience as to how to deal with this situation. Would really like my money back and hold this person responsible.
