Newbie at Airbnb. Is this legit?

Hi all. This is my first time in Airbnb. I found this listing but there are no reviews. Is it legit? Any thoughts how I could confirm?

It is a new listing. The host joined Airbnb in december 2021.

The host has no ID verified on her profile.

The listing contains some serious errors, like staying for a month is cheaper then staying for a week

There is no check-out time set

No additional house rules

Seems to me this host needs to tune the listing before publihsing it.

I personally have doubts about this host.
