HOW DO I PREVENT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS WHILST STILL HAVING INSTANT BOOK ACTIVATED ( 1 REQUIRE 24 HRS NOTICE EVEN ON INSTANT BOOK) IS THIS POSSIBLE IF SO HOW DO I SET IT UP ?

You own 5 listings  (rooms in same house).

Be sure in all listings the "advance notice" option is set to "at least 1  day notice", to prevent same day bookings.
