Lack of support for hosts

Is anyone else frustrated with Airbnb’s lack of help? 
I’m tired of the blow off when I have serious concerns 

but they have no problem talking their money and doing nothing as far as assisting people who host? 
but they go out of their way to protect the guests even when they violate clear rules and put my license at risk?? A license I fought for with my town.  But they don’t help protect the host after guests threaten the host license 
airbnb talks a great game but follow through is non existent

@Karla463  a quick spin around these forums will reveal that many hosts feel this way. My own personal philosophy is to involve ABB as little as possible. If you are having a delicate situation, posting in the "Host Only" forum will allow you to get guidance without the guest being able to possibly run across the thread on a Google index. There are a lot of great, experienced hosts who take the time to weigh in and help others. Granted, that is not the way it SHOULD be, but that is the way that it is.
