Late booking request

Hi I’ve someone requested to book tonight. I ask for notice for booking but this request has come through. 
if I decline will it affect my scores?

You can decline your requests, but it will affect your ratings.  You need to accept 88% of the reservations that are requested, so if you're sitting higher than that you should be fine as you'll have some wiggle room.  Additionally, that 88% requirement is a 'basic' one and not counted towards your Superhost status, if that was a concern.  Good luck!
