I am in the process of purchasing property in Barcelona, Spain, and I wanted to know if I need a business license for hosting my property??  A few quick insights; the property is going to be available year round and I am looking forward to purchasing bigger properties, such as buildings to turn into multi-units that will  be available for use as well.

You need to look about the licensing requirements for Barcelona on the Airbnb website and the local government site for your city @Massoud4

thank u so much for the info.  it's just that on the site for barcelona licensing it is not very helpful or easy to work with as i'm sure you know.  i'm just stuck right now.  anything else you can recommend or refer me to??
