Listing bug

Airbnb has changed my property listing to a minimum stay of 180 nights and I can’t change it back. It is listed as a minimum stay of 180 nights but this is a SHORT TERM RENTAL, I have been calling the Superhost hotline for a week and can’t get the problem resolved. I have spoken to 3 different people and have sent one of them a copy of my SHORT TERM RENTAL LICENSE. They are ruining our prime rental season and the system is so monolithic that apparently it is frozen when it comes to correcting their own errors. I am not sure how your logarithm will interpret this note, but be aware, if you are a human reading this, my Local license, of which I have submitted both a copy and a Dropbox link to, was issued 8/8/19 and is valid until 9/30/20.

I assume you have tried to adjust on your booking settings, length of stay? I normally use my smartphone to adjust but sometimes going to my computer makes adjustments easier.

I that preventing guests from booking?

If you have done that good luck with Airbnb I hope that they adjust soon.

@Richard1834  Everyone reading here is a real human- this is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service.

Sorry, but I don't know the answer to your issue, though.

@Richard1834  In the meantime and to avoid missing your prime rental season, I would duplicate the listing and create a brand new one. Then I would syncronize the calendars (to avoid double bookings). In the description I would redirect guests visiting your original listing to take a look at your new listing if they are looking for Short Term. I insist with Airbnb untill they find the bug. Happy hosting! Cristina
