Airbnb no longer recognises my password, so when I try to log in, I click on forgot password. The log in page says that it has sent me a reset link, but it doesn't. So I can't reset my password and I can't access help because I need to login first. There is no phone number to call. Am I the only person who thinks Airbnb is utter crap? You may detect from my language that I am extremely frustrated. I am on holiday with airbnb bookings and I can't get onto the website.
