Hi, my name is Sonya. My husband Shaun and I have been Airbnb hosts for two year in beautiful Surf City, North Carolina. Topsail Island covers 26 miles of gorgeous beach and is just northeast of Wilmington by 20 miles. We would love to house swap with a host in Lake Tahoe (North) as our daughter and soon to be first grandchild are just south of Tahoe in the Foothills. Here's a link to our place. I love this idea! Wish we could take you up on it but  don’t have a place in Tahoe.  Maybe I can find a swap for my place in Maine!
