Looking for a long term (3 mths) unit on the Southern End of Gold Coast

Hi, my name is Matt, I am a clean, quite, well presented 50 year old Australian man who works full time in Currumbin Waters and I am currently renting at ** Currumbin and the lease ends on the 23rd April 2025.  I am looking to find short term (3 mth) accommodation on the Southern End of the Gold Coast  - 2 bed unit as I have adult daughter that often comes to stay.

I am currently selling my property, hence, why I need a short term rental.  My budget is $750 to $800 a week for the right property.

If this isn't the correct place to post this, could you advise where I could post to get access to the people that may have something for me to rent.

It's been a little while since you posted - have you found somewhere to rent now? If not, the best place you can look for properties to rent is through the www.airbnb.com  website.

The best way to see if there's accommodation that is suitable for your budget and is available for long term let's is to use the Airbnb platform.

your budget sounds low for a short term rental but I'm not familiar with your market.
