I had a booking 2nd-5th August but due to the shower breaking down and a loss of showering facilities the guests did not visit. The payment was still taken as they did not actually cancel and I have fully reimbursed them. I am wondering whether it would be possible to be reimbursed for the fee taken from air b&b given that I didn't actually receive any custom. I can evidence the shower not working. Thank you, Catharine
