@David-and-Fiona0 I don't pretend to be an expert on how the ratings are calculated, but it seems as if the 4.6 overall rating was the issue, and it took some time to get the screen updated. Maybe some text carried over from the previous assessment ?
I've had it happen in the past that the screen showed me 4.8, all other measurements being good, but I didn't qualify because I was told that "in the background" it was only 4.78 (two decimals) while the screen shows only one decimal.
I've been out of status for more than a year, due to a couple of 3's, and just came back in on this last assessment. All one can do is work through it to the next assessment.
It might be small consolation, but, in my experience, most guests book based on reviews, not superhost status.
If you want to try and check the calculation, here's one way.
Let's say you had 20 reviews in the review period (1 year). You may have had more bookings, but maybe not everyone left a review.
If you got 5 stars for all 20, that would be an overall score of 20 x 5 = 100.
If you got 18 x 5's and 2 x 3's, that would be an overall score of 96 out of a possible 100.
So, your overall rating would be 96/100/2 = 4.8.
