Made reservation need to leave a day

I need to change my reservation to leave a day sooner and the host agreed and asked me to amend so that he can fill the day I am leaving. Unfortunately because he doesn’t check out on Saturdays (the day I’m now leaving) so I am unable to select that day it says host unavailable.  How Can I change the reservation if I can’t select it.

Your host will need to tweak his settings to allow you to make the change. That's the only way to do it, @Angela2625.
