Maintain reviews for an ad

Hello,

I would like to know if you can help me with a question. We currently manage our own properties and we are SUPERHOST, we are about to start managing properties of other hosts and we are not sure what the best way would be so that in case a property has good evaluations, we can keep them and in case it has bad ones, the average of our evaluations.

I mean, co-hosts, remove ad and create a new one, etc.

If someone can help me it would be great.

@Juan3581  It's a bit confusing what you are asking, but you can't just delete properties and relist them to get rid of bad reviews. 

If a host wants you to co-host their listing which has bad reviews, I would just decline to co-host for them.
