Hi, getting nowhere with solving a problem and both we and the guests are very annoyed and frustrated. Is this normal?

@Julian1138  If you state the probelm you are dealing with, perhaps other hosts here can offer some advice that will make it unnecessary for you to waste time trying to contact CS.
