For the last four months I have been dealing with Airbnb technical support on an issue where it appears that I am no longer the owner of my two properties. Since I implemented the professional hosting tools, my properties still appear, but information is missing, I have lost rights to edit things, and Airbnb support tells me that on their end, I don't have any listings and that my co-hosts own them. I did not give them primary hosting ability.
This has also affected all the integrations with Airbnb, because they believe I have no listings.
To me, this seems like a significant breach or technical issue of their systems.
They tell me that others are experiencing this too. Is anyone else out there experiencing this? What is your situation?
