Can anyone answer my Question?

How long is the maximal long-term stay duration in Mexico (set by Airbnb on one hand and the State/ Merida municipality on the other hand)?

In case it is limited to under a year, can you host the same guest on several separate bookings without a break? For how long?

I know that federal rent laws apply after some time, and I will respect them.

I am aware of risks of long-term rentals. Howe, please help me by answering my specific question. Thanks so much for your help!
