Uhhh. That does not bode well for improvements in customer service. I feel like we already are immersed in some storytelling. What does that even MEAN??

Listening to host? Ha,  I can't get anyone to talk to me.  They never stand with us and always side with guests.  I cant find a way to "talk " to them. I'm posting on this just hoping airbnb reads this and if anyone cares, will try to fix AIRBNb and make it what is was, a win win for host and guests. Now guests always win., in my history.
