Dear community, got an email notification informing me about new phone login - it wasn’t me. I wanted to verify my account but can’t do as phone numbers on account are old (plus one has definitely never been mine) and credit card info is also old and I can’t remember.
so three options of 1) receive text 2) receive call or 3) verify details don’t work. Can‘t use password reset link as it wants me to verify account first. Can also not find contact details to contact air bnb via email.
please help as I have an upcoming booking. Thank you!
