My co-host isn't receiving messages.

My co-host isn't receiving messages. I'm in Los Angeles and she's in Italy.  We've had no issues for the past 2 years but this season it seems something has changed.  Anybody know what the issue could be?

Feels like airbnb no longer wants to support small-time co-hosting.
