I'm confused by the new review system. If someone does NOT click on a certain point does your review go down?! This is copying Booking . com and I thought Airbnb was a bit more forward thinking.
On one category I got 100% for friendly communication and on the same page different category I got 40% communication? If I'm rated 5 stars why are airbnb trying to bring my rating down?????
As hosts we only get three options on which to rate guests and guests are supposed to spend time clicking on more than 10 options? It's not time practical or helpful.
