A guest left me a review which was full of lies and comments that she couldn’t possibly back up. She did not communicate to me anything negative during her stay. She texted me two days before her scheduled check out date saying that the place did not meet her expectations and that she already contacted Airbnb. Now the slanderous review is posted, I refuted it but it killed my business and Airbnb refuses to take it down even though it violates their own feedback policy.
