Need W-9 form for our accounting dept

I am booking a room for my company's employee for a long term. I need W-9 form, not sure who can?

We made the first payment of long term stay (5 mos+)

Our accounting dept is requesting W-9 form, the host told me to reach out to you, Airbnb.
Please help!
