I'm a food experience host in Viet Nam. I got negative payouts in my 3 accounts which i have no clues about it. I have asked Airbnb supporters to double check these negative payouts and guess what? it's been 2 weeks and they keep closing my case or say it's been investigated. There was a result in one of my account that turns out it's Airbnb faults and they say there will be someone to help me. And i keep waiting for a week 🙂 Just don't know what to do now
Your team keeps saying over and over that they are investigate my account (i have proofs). I just don't know why even your team confirm that Airbnb's faults to me and force me waiting for next steps (it's been 2 weeks btw and i'm still waiting)
