New Airbnb App making it impossible to manage multiple listings. How are hosts handling this?

We manage multiple listings and are having a very hard time with the new app. The Inbox button disappears at the bottom and hoping for a recent message from the guest seems like the only way to see who is checking in next. We used to use the android widget, thats gone. There is no reasonable way now to see who is checking in and out on a particular day without the desktop multicalendar.

Have you set all your listings to have fully auto scheduled messages only?

Has anyone else been having this issue? If someone booked a place 2 months ago, their message is not on the 1st page of the inbox and we are not at our desktop computer its like that reservation does not exist. We are missing checkins and its becoming really troublesome / a significantly worse experience all around.

Any tips would help.

@Aaron342  I can't speak to issues with the app, as I have never used it, nor scheduled messages.

But if you are away from your desktop computer, and the app isn't functioning well, you can still use your phone without using the app, by signing in through the browser.

Can you search your inbox on the app?  There should be a little magnifying glass at the top.  Have you used the filter in the inbox, accessed by a little slider icon next to the magnifying glass?  You can filter using "pre-trip" so all other messages won't show.

Moving to the calendar, I can see three calendars at the top and the reservations and check-ins listed in date order just below that.  Choosing "view all" gives you options:  pending, upcoming, ongoing, pending review, all.  "Upcoming" lists them in date order.

I and haven't seen the drastic changes reported here.  But I use Professional Hosting Tools.  Have you requested those?  They say you need to have something like 6 listings to use them, but that's not the case.  You can just ask for them.
