Can Anybody help 

I have a listing with Airbnb now for over two years,

I recently acquired an apartment in the same building downstairs and wish to list this too,

However, after the process, I'm informed that they will send a confirmation code, within two weeks

after the two week period and no confirmation, I applied again, and then again,

now passing over a month and still no confirmation code, after three attempts 

there seems to be no other form of confirming my address,

Has anybody else had any problems?

any idea what to do next?
